As we head into the weekend I am so excited! Woke up today to a lovely, NIPPY fall morning……woohoo!
We are still cleaning up from Hurricane Irene—and this weekend we hope to finish up the last bit of repair projects in the yard. {I hope so! I’m ready to get on with some fun stuff!}
Over the years we have done lots of different things on our porch and with our front entry for autumn. Last year this is what it looked like…..
Not sure what I’m going to do for this year…..what about you? Do you like to do something fun with your front door/porch in the fall? I’m a nut for all the different seasons—decorating our porch and door is one way I mark the change. {Not THAT change—-you know, the seasons!}
The fresh start. The starting of something new. A new outlook. New perspective. New hopes. Adventures waiting.
I love how some of these people are celebrating the change {of seasons!}….to the wonderful, warm, nippy fall that has arrived……..

I am loving this truck! It’s just the one I want……I keep my eye out for a great vintage truck that I can either paint this lovely turquoise or a lime green. It would be my gardening truck. Picnic truck. Look at it parked in the driveway truck. Yep. I need this…..
Reveling in the fall chill~
