Remember my ugly lampshade? My great idea gone awry?
Well, it has been redeemed!
Here is the new version.
So simple to do…..
You just need:
2. Burlap cording in desired size
3. Hot glue
How ya do it:
1. Hot glue the cording around the top and bottom of your lampshade
2. To make the ‘rosettes’: hot glue the end of the cording in one spot. Begin to wind it around itself, gluing every 1/2″
until your rosette is the desired size. Put as many of these on your shade as you wish—I just did two.
Isn’t that much better?
